Somatic Dance- Movement as Medicine

Details: A 60minute practice dedicated to releasing all the stored tension in the body by dance movements.
Somatic dance is an "inside-out" practice that shifts the focus from how a movement looks to how it truly feels. By prioritizing sensory awareness over traditional choreography, we allow the nervous system to "discharge" stored trauma and chronic stress held within the muscles and fascia. This process facilitates a profound physical release and a recalibrated mind-body connection, leaving you feeling grounded, fluid, and restored.
The Breathwork Journey

Details: A 90minute practice dedicated to Breathwork practices.
This guided breathwork experience is designed to help you release stored stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body. Through intentional breathing patterns, you’ll be supported in moving stagnant energy, regulating your nervous system, and creating space for emotional clarity and deep relaxation. No prior experience needed—just come as you are and breathe.
Qigong/Tai Chi

Fengyang Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels; combining gentle physical movements done while standing. Qi: Refers to vital energy, Gong: Means "skill". These meditative motions improve posture, balance, flexibility, immunity, & vitality and can be done with your regular clothes on. Join us for this 60 minute traditional practice to enhance your well-being.
Candlelight Restorative Yoga Reiki & Sound Healing
