Join us on Saturday, April 11th, at the beautiful Hardwick Winery for a unique fitness experience that’s fun for the whole family. Whether you're looking to find your zen in yoga or find your flow in Pilates, our adorable four-legged friends will be there to steal your heart (and maybe your yoga mat!).
What to bring: A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water, and your best smile.
Mat Rental: Don't have a mat? No problem! You can rent one of ours for just $2.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a total beginner, these amazing classes are designed to be lighthearted and accessible. Come for the workout, stay for the puppies, and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the winery. Group rates are also available!
Candlelight Restorative Yoga Reiki & Sound Healing

A 90minute practice dedicated to disengaging our "fight or flight" senses of the nervous system while jump starting the rest and digest portion of the nervous system. We'll work on reducing tension, stress, anxiety, and trauma while developing our sense of self all while enveloping our practice within an orchestral masterpiece of SOUND- we'll find balance & peace.

The evening begins with a 1-hour Full Moon Ceremony, incorporating grounding techniques, intention setting, movement, and guided journaling to support emotional release and inner clarity. Following the ceremony, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative 90-minute candlelight session combining Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Sound Healing. This nurturing practice is designed to reset the nervous system, support energetic rebalancing, and gently release what no longer serves you—creating spaciousness for healing, transformation, and to rise up WITHIN.
What do i bring? You can bring a notebook, pen, blanket, pillow, your yoga mat, and water. If you need to borrow a blanket or pillow we will have extras.

enjoy a fun all-levels line dancing class with a lively and welcoming experience for participants of all ages and abilities. The class begins with a warm-up that gets everyone moving and grooving to the music, allowing both beginners and experienced dancers to feel comfortable. We'll break down simple, easy-to-follow steps in a step-by-step manner, ensuring that everyone can follow along, regardless of skill level!!
