What to expect: 

Our practice begins with a 20 minute All-Levels,relaxed, & gentle yoga practice with the horses and are then guided into a 50 minute Yoga Nidra practice on the beautiful Cloverbrook farm. During the entirety we bathe in a Crystal Bowl symphony within nature & the calming presence of the horses. We finish our experience with a farm tour, charcuterie board, and close interaction with their animals.

Beyond Yoga and Wellness collaborates with S.C. Wellness' Sarah Coyne to create an all inclusive experience with Horses & Yoga during an orchestral masterpiece of SOUND. Facilitated by Ashley Bousquet and Sarah Coyne they will make you feel at home and comfortable. Experience absolute peace and Bliss while enjoying Yoga with the horses of the Whip O WILL Stables Horse facility & Rescue in Dudley, Ma.

No experience necessary.
Bring comfortable clothes, a Yoga mat, water and an optional pillow.
Blankets will be provided for extra comfort.

Class entails a 30minute Gentle Yoga Practice with a 45 minute guided Yoga Nidra with 15 minutes for meet and greet with the horses and farm all while immersing yourself in sound. You will receive a voucher for horse riding!!
