Rising with inspiration and motivation to implement mindfulness in the classroom

From classrooms, to campus, or in office for educators themselves- our custom programming for students and faculty offers a powerful opportunity to step outside the rigid boundaries of traditional education. By equipping your school community with sustainable tools to navigate academic stress, pressure, and overwhelm, we help cultivate an environment where both educators and students can truly thrive with an unprecedented amount of success.

What we do

At Beyond Yoga & Wellness, we partner directly with schools to co-create uniquely tailored mindfulness programs that align perfectly with your district's core values and educational ideals. We understand that every school community is different, which is why we coordinate custom programs and packages that work entirely on your schedule—whether that means before-school grounding, active daytime integration, after-school enrichment, or specialized summer programming.

Our experienced educators work flexibly with students, faculty, or both simultaneously. We don't just implement mindfulness ourselves through engaging classes, workshops, field trips, seminars, and school-wide assemblies—we also empower educators by teaching them how to seamlessly facilitate mindfulness within their own classrooms.

Why Integrate Mindfulness & Wellness Into Your School?

Bringing holistic wellness into the academic ecosystem does more than just quiet a classroom—it fundamentally transforms the learning environment. Partnering with us allows your school to experience profound benefits, including:

  • Enhanced Academic Focus & Performance: Mindfulness practices train the brain to sustain attention, directly improving student engagement, information retention, and cognitive performance.

  • Reduced Stress & Overwhelm: By teaching actionable nervous system regulation tools, both students and faculty gain the ability to effectively manage academic pressure, test anxiety, and daily stressors.

  • Improved Behavioral Regulation: Mindfulness fosters self-awareness and emotional resilience, leading to a significant decrease in classroom disruptions, behavioral infractions, and peer conflict.

  • Mitigated Teacher Burnout: Investing in faculty-specific wellness programming arms educators with the stress-management tools they need, boosting staff morale, improving retention, and cultivating a more positive school climate.

Jordan Falcon

Youth Leader | Meditation Teacher

Jordan guides teens and adults to explore their minds, embrace their emotions, and build resilience through meditation, reflection, and element-based practices. He first discovered meditation in 8th grade, when it opened new ways of seeing his mind and imagining the person he wanted to become. Over time, he learned to connect emotions with the elements — fire, water, earth, air, and space — transforming feelings into teachers rather than burdens. Watching his students grow in confidence, clarity, and self-awareness continues to remind him of meditation’s power to support daily life and the lifelong journey of becoming one’s true self.
