Restorative Yoga

Slow down and soften into stillness in this deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga class. We will settle into a series of fully supported, passive poses held for 10 minutes or longer, allowing the body to gently open while the nervous system shifts into a state of profound relaxation.

With the support of bolsters, blankets, and props, there is no effort—only ease. This practice is designed to release tension, calm the mind, and restore your energy from the inside out.

No experience is necessary. All levels are welcome. Come exactly as you are and give yourself permission to rest.
