I adore movement in all its forms. Whether it's kettlebells, cardio dance, or a long, slow yoga flow—nothing lights me up like dropping into my body and out of my head. It's not just a preference, it's a practice—one that’s helped me manage anxiety and depression for over two decades. I found yoga at 15 by accident and quickly realized that strength, grace, creativity, and healing aren’t reserved for a select few. They live inside all of us—and they become more accessible when we just keep showing up. Every offering I create—whether it's a sweaty group class, a soulful teacher training, or a still moment in mentorship—is rooted in one simple truth: You are your own best healer. I’m just here to remind you, move with you, and help you fall in love with taking care of yourself. JTB was born about 13 years ago, right after I graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy—and, oh yeah, had a baby. (Because launching a business during maternity leave felt like a completely normal thing to do?) What began as a solo massage practice has since grown into a vibrant, full-scale wellness studio, community hub, and now, a worldwide virtual platform for yoga, fitness, and mentorship. In February 2024, I launched the JTB Yoga Academy (JTBYA), a 200-hour yoga teacher training rooted in the deeper teachings of yoga, personal evolution, and authentic leadership. It’s become one of the most meaningful extensions of my work—helping passionate humans step into their voice and power, on and off the mat. No matter where you’re at, I’m glad you landed here. I’d love to hear your goals—and help you get there in a way that feels like you.

Lori Brooks
An Introduction to the Art of Ji Shin Jyutsu
Energy should move freely through our bodies. Stress, injury, our lifestyle and genetic predispositions can disrupt the natural flow, which can manifest into many forms of dis-ease... also referred to as projects. I have been studying and practicing the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu for over 25 years. During the discussion, Introduction to Jin Shin Jyutsu, I will explain how to create Harmony by facilitating the flow of blocked energy, as I have been taught. I will also be prepared to offer treatments after the workshop for any and all who are interested. Being an avid supporter of wellness & Holistic health i am excited to share my expertise with you all.

Ashley Bousquet
Slow Vinyasa Flow, Acro/Partner Yoga, Candlelight Restorative Yoga Reiki & Sound Healing
From a young age, she was drawn to the expressive and transformative power of the body — a love that grew into a 20-year career teaching dance and guiding others through movement. Her background spans Ballet, Acro Dance, Musical Theater, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Modern Dance, West African Dance, somatic practices, and improvisation — each discipline shaping her deep understanding of both the physical body and the emotional landscape it holds.
Ashley received her BFA in Dance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she quickly recognized the profound need for bodily regeneration and emotional regulation within competitive dance culture. Her work in acrobatics and flexibility training, combined with her Acrobatic Arts and Alixa Flexibility certifications, positioned her as both an artist and a technical educator.
Introduced to yoga in high school as a supplement to her professional dance training, yoga became an anchor throughout her performing career — supporting injury prevention, recovery, nervous system regulation, and longevity in a demanding industry. Transitioning into a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and trauma-informed educator was a natural evolution, especially as she witnessed firsthand the physical and emotional toll on athletes and dancers.
Ashley’s teaching blends her extensive anatomy background — supported by a minor in Kinesiology and a foundation in Personal Training — with intuitive, somatic, and restorative practices. She specializes in Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Restorative, SUP, and Animal Yoga, offering experiences that balance strength with softness, discipline with play, and structure with freedom.
As the founder of Beyond Yoga & Wellness LLC, Ashley creates inclusive, community-centered spaces where movement becomes medicine — supporting resilience, embodied confidence, emotional release, and sustainable strength.
Whether teaching a high-energy movement class, a trauma-informed restorative session, or guiding dancers through technical training, Ashley’s work is rooted in one core belief:
Healing happens through the body.

Ancestral Healing Without Obligation: Choosing Who You Work With in Your Lineage
Hi! I’m Rachael, aka The Good Witch of the Northeast. I’m a lifelong New Englander and I haven’t explored much of the country outside of this cluster (but I’m hoping to change that!). I am an oracle, psychic medium, ancestral connector, and I LOVE what I do. I spent a long time “knowing” and drowning, and the last 5 years I’m learning, integrating and authentically living. I don’t just to this for my job, I am this person everywhere, and I am eternally grateful to be able to help others heal and find their way. Most people find themselves at my table during a crossroads, when they feel there’s more available. I am eternally grateful for my gifts, and while I have worked incredibly hard to be able to connect on the level I do- I fully believe that I come from a long line of mystics, mediums and witches. After 6 generations of hiding, bowing down to the broken- I am able to stand tall in my purpose, on the shoulders of the ancestors who came before me, and together we offer a type of reading that I can’t quite name, but I know I have a ton of clients that will speak to the experience. As our veil thins over the next few months, you might feel ungrounded. Treat yourself to a spiritual reading, and I guarantee you’ll feel more connected.
