Paddle Board Yoga

Beginner Level

What to expect:

We will start with a small demonstration/safety discussion and then we will float off into the sunset on some seriously tranquil waters.

Feel comfortable with maximum contact on the board at all times.

Feel secure with anchor and tethering to the whole group, eliminating the worry of drifting away from others.

No experience necessary. Bring comfortable clothes, life jacket, towel, water, & your Paddle board. Rentals available first come first serve.

Always wanted to try Stand Up Paddle Boarding?!

Want to try Yoga on a paddle board but too nervous or a complete beginner!? This is your perfect opportunity..

- Start with a safety & paddle boarding lesson, paddle onto the serene water, drop our anchor and flow through comfortable, beginner level postures. There will be modifications available for those who are interested in stepping it up a notch to test your strength, balance and mobility. End with optional standing postures and finally arriving in Shavasana.
