Immerse yourself in a deeply nourishing morning of self-care, movement, and healing sound—all while floating peacefully on the tranquil waters of Thompson Pond.
We'll flow through a gentle SUP yoga sequence before settling into a restorative floating sound bath using crystal and Tibetan bowls. Let nature hold you as you reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to ride a horse? Or maybe it's been a while? Ever wanted to try Yoga With Horses? This experience is unforgettable..
Completely immerse yourself within nature and the rejuvenative power of horses!! First, we will be led to the pasture by the horses, walking alongside them. We'll then situate ourselves to begin our flow through an all levels Vinyasa Flow atop rolling hills and pastures for a stunning view. Expect the horses to be close with us- and with our practice. We'll focus on opening the Heart & Hips with this slow flow- focusing on inner release and self acceptance. The pastures create an unforgettable experience with the most memorable view!!
